(We are going a day early for the camp staff meeting on Sunday evening)

Returning to Church in evening on Friday, July 20th

Packing - Limited space... 1 suitcase per person & 1 backpack

How much Money to Bring?

Money for 4 Meals during Travel (Lunch/Dinner on June 30th & Lunch/Dinner on July 5th)

$50 to $60 should be enough for meals

Bring Money for Snack Bar & Merch

Snackbar: $20 to $25 should be enough

Merch: Optional if a student wants to purchase shirts/hats/etc.

This email indicates that the attached student list has registered for camp WEEK 3.

We're excited to welcome your students to Camp this summer and know that God has great things in store for them! 

YOUR STUDENTS WILL NOT RECEIVE THIS E-MAIL - so we need your help!

It is YOUR responsibility to let your students know the attached information, including their TEAM COLOR, DRESS CODE & CODE OF CONDUCT. Please reinforce these expectations with your students before arrival so that they pack ONLY appropriate items. Remind your students that they will have the opportunity to earn extra team spirit points by wearing team colors and decorating their room (ONLY PAINTERS TAPE IS ALLOWED to hang room decorations).

Code of Conduct & Dress Code:

The Dress Code and Code of Conduct are attached to this E-Mail. ALL Camp Staff Members and Students are expected to follow the Dress Code and Code of Conduct. NO exceptions. Please reinforce these expectations with your students before arrival so that they pack ONLY appropriate items.

Check-In:

STUDENT CHECK-IN is on Monday, July 1st from 12:00-1:00 PM ONLY

BE ON TIME! LATE ARRIVAL FEE: for every 30 minutes students arrive late a $25 FEE is charged to the church. 

NO EARLY ARRIVALS: Due to insurance restrictions students are not allowed on the campground before 12:00 pm.

Eat Lunch BEFORE arriving at the campground. The first meal that the camp will be providing is DINNER.

Bring ALL Medications to student CHECK-IN. ALL Medications (prescription AND over-the-counter meds) must be turned in to the nurse upon arrival to camp.

Room Check:

Room Check will take place in ALL dorm rooms Tuesday-Thursday while students are on the field at sports. Teams will be given points based on cleanliness, neatness, and creativity of room decorations. ONLY PAINTERS TAPE can be used to hang room decorations. Churches will be charged for any room damages.

Our theme this year is “THE BEST WEEK OF SUMMER” (All things that make summer fun)

Bedding – twin-size bedding/sleeping bag

Reusable Water Bottle

Any Prescription Medications you need. Bring ALL Medications to student CHECK-IN. ALL Medications (prescription AND over-the-counter meds) must be turned in to the nurse upon arrival to camp.

Leave ALL valuables at home! The Pine Creek Campground, PYN, and all Staff will not be held responsible for any procession lost or stolen.

Due to the large number of students attending our Camps - churches may be split into multiple teams/colors. We are unable to take any special requests or make any changes. Thank you for your understanding. We trust that your positive attitude will be reflected in your student's flexibility and willingness to enjoy their week of new and exciting experiences!
